Protection of trademarks in French Polynesia

The possibility of designating French Polynesia when renewing a French trademark has been extended until 31 December 2024.

Please note: trademarks are not all eligible, as the conditions for this late designation are strict.

If you have a trademark which does not cover this territory, but expires in 2024, please contact us. We can check whether an extension of protection to Polynesia is possible.
