Germain Maureau leads a training course dedicated to regulatory matters and intellectual property in the pharmaceutical industry

Anne BOUTARIC, French & European Patent Attorney at Cabinet Germain Maureau, will speak during the training on “Regulatory aspects and intellectual property in the pharmaceutical industry”  organised by CEIPI in Strasbourg.

This training offers an interdisciplinary approach to patent law and regulatory law in the pharmaceutical industry, with a particular focus on supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) and the protection of regulatory data.

This training program is addressed to regulatory officers, patent attorneys and in-house lawyers, as well as public servants working in public health organizations.
