Germain Maureau, tutor on the training preparing for the European Patent Administration Certification

From April until the end of September 2026, Matthieu Objois, Partner at Germain Maureau, is working at CEIPI as a tutor on the training preparing for the European Patent Administration Certification (CEAB/EPAC) issued by the European Patent Office (EPO).
The CEAB examination is intended for paralegals, patent administrators and formalities officers. From this year onwards, the course is divided into four modules and covers the procedures set out in the European Patent Convention (EPC), the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the Paris Convention, as well as the national procedures applicable to European patents and patent applications, including the unitary patent.
This is a fine recognition of Germain Maureau’s expertise and commitment to sharing knowledge in the field of industrial property.
