On 24 and 25 April, Henri Bourgeois, President of the European Patent Litigators Association (EPLIT), Anne Boutaric and Matthieu Objois, European Patent Attorneys at Germain Maureau, attended the 12th annual meeting of the Association in Amsterdam.

During the meeting, UPC judges, representatives, court experts and industry leaders discussed issues relating to the Unified Patent Court.
