Isabelle began her carrier at the French patent and trademark office. She worked for over 15 years in the Legal and International Department of the office, before joining Germain Maureau at the beginning of 2016 and became a partner in 2022. She is a lecturer at the University of Paris XI. She was elected Vice-President of the APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners) in January 2026.
