“Designs: chronicle of an announced reform”

Isabelle Hegedüs, Partner at Germain Maureau, has contributed to the latest issue of Dalloz IP/IT of December 2023.

She publishes in this issue an article entitled "Designs: chronicle of an announced reform", which relates the main developments envisaged as part of the revision of the Directive and Regulation on Community designs within the EU ("design package").

These texts are still under discussion within the European institutions and could be adopted during the first half of 2024.
