Book: “Intellectual Property on the Move”

[22/11/2023]

On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the IRPI has conducted a retrospective and prospective study to analyse the major movements that have shaped the field of intellectual property over the last forty years, while anticipating their impact over the past four decade.

This study identifies three major trends (internationalisation, digitisation and challenging) that raise questions about France's place in this particular context.

Henri Bourgeois, Partner at Cabinet Germain Maureau, contributed to the fourth part entitled "The place of France", alongside Professors Jérôme Passa (Panthéon-Assas university), Jean-Christophe Galloux (Panthéon-Assas university), and Bertrand Warusfel (University Paris 8 and FWPA).

Henri Bourgeois focused especially on the issue of French governance.

This book was written in partnership with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).
