Henri Bourgeois EPLIT new president
[30/05/2023]
On May 26 2023 in Paris, during the Annual General Assembly of EPLIT - European Patent Litigators Association, a new board was elected and Henri Bourgeois, partner at Germain Maureau, has become EPLIT’s new president. He will thus succeed Leythem Wall.
Founded 10 years ago, EPLIT is an association for European Patent Attorneys who have the required qualifications to be representatives before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). It is also open to other professionals involved in patent litigations in Europe and to non-European practitioners who are interested in the UPC. The association brings together around 200 members from more than 15 countries.
We wish him and all EPLIT elected board members every success in their new role.
Congratulations!
