Training session “Strategy: managing a patent portfolio”

On Tuesday, 28 March 2023, Henri Bourgeois, Partner and Patent Manager of the Paris office at Germain Maureau, and Emmanuel Py, Professor of Private Law at the University of Burgundy will lead the training session "Strategy: managing a patent portfolio" organized by IRPI (Intellectual Property Research Institute).

This training session will allow you to acquire skills for:

• identifying technical innovations and choose their rights of protection (patent or secret)

• protecting your innovation by patent protection in France and abroad

• developing a patent portfolio development strategy

• the contract management and promotion of technical innovations
