Germain Maureau welcomes two new Partners
[08/11/2022]
We are pleased to welcome two new partners in early 2023: Isabelle HEGEDUS and Henri BOURGEOIS.
Isabelle worked for fifteen years in the legal department of the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), she was especially in charge of defending INPI decisions before the Court of Appeal, before joining Germain Maureau in early 2016. Isabelle regularly writes for the Dalloz magazine.
In addition to her current duties as Industrial Property Attorney, Isabelle will also carry out management tasks. She will also continue to represent the Firm, among others, through her membership in APRAM (National Association for trademark and design law practitioners), which she is a member of.
Henri Bourgeois started his career in 2011 in a Parisian intellectual property law firm, where he gained experience in patent granting procedures and litigation cases. He joined Germain Maureau in September 2021 as Head of the Paris Office. He also teaches the students of Mines Paris – PSL and of the University of Strasbourg as part of the preparation seminar for the French qualification exam. As the co-chairman of the CNCPI patent commission, he is also a member of the EPLIT office and co-founder of the Association for the Ecological Analysis of Law (AED).
Henri will still perform his duties as the Patent Head of the Paris office and contribute to increase the visibility of the Firm and the business development of this office.
We wish them all the best in their new duties.
Congratulations to both of them!
