Morocco Joins the Hague Agreement

On 22 April 2022, Morocco joined the Hague Agreement for the international registration of industrial designs. Morocco becomes thus the 69th contracting party to the 1999 Act.

The entry into force of this ratification on 22 July 2022 will thus allow applicants of international designs to protect their rights in Morocco through a single international application and set of fees.
