On 29 March 2024, Henri Bourgeois, Partner at Cabinet Germain Maureau, took part in the conference ‘Expanding intellectual property: progress and prospects for businesses’.
His contribution consisted of a strategic analysis of the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court, through a practical approach from the point of view of a company holding patents or faced with disputes with third parties.
This conference, organised by the Master 2 of International Business Lawyers, in collaboration with the Association of International Business Lawyers, was held at the University of Burgundy in Dijon and gathered many experts to discuss topical issues, including (Sabine Agé, Geneviève Burdeau, Anne-Catherine Chiariny, Thibault Gisclard, Dorian GUIU, Lucas Jelonek, Gaëtan LASSERE, Sébastien Manciaux, Christophe Nicolle, Isabelle Pierre, Emmanuel Py, and Jacques Raynard
