Israel Joins the Hague Agreement

On October 3rd 2019, Israel joined the Hague Agreement for the international registration of industrial designs. Israel becomes thus the 63rd member of the 1999 Act and 73rd member of the Hague Union.

The entry into force of this ratification on January 3rd 2020 will thus allow applicants of international designs to protect their rights in Israel through a single international application and set of fees.
