With 1325 trademarks filed in 2022, Germain Maureau is once again the first filer, and ranks as French Leading IP Law Firm in respect of trademark filings in 2022.

To achieve this ranking, Fovea based itself on the number of active new Trade Mark filings in the INPI, EUIPO and WIPO registers, filed by agents between January 1 and December 31, 2022.
