Webinar “Unitary Patent: what impact on your patent strategy”

The forthcoming entry into force of the Unified Patent Court and with it the Unitary Patent will lead to significant changes in the European IP landscape. The Unitary Patent will be a single IP right enforceable in 16 (at present) EU Member States without any additional validation requirement. The new Unified Patent Court will have exclusive jurisdiction in infringement and validity issues relating to European patents, although it will be possible to “opt out” from the UPC during a transitional period.
