Uzbekistan Joins the Hague Agreement: starting on 10 January 2025

On 10 October 2024, Uzbekistan joined the Hague Agreement for the international registration of industrial designs. Uzbekistan becomes thus the 75^th contracting party to the 1999 Act and 81^st member of the Hague Union.

The entry into force of this ratification on 10 January 2025 will thus allow applicants of international designs to protect their rights in Uzbekistan through a single international application and set of fees.
