Germain Maureau’s Workshop in Grenoble: “Trademark infringement on the Internet: what can I do?”

The Internet has become essential for all businesses, whether it is to promote their trademarks or to sell their products or services. However, the Web is also a hub for many malicious practices, which can damage your trademark and your reputation.
In this regard, Germain Maureau will lead a workshop during the event, Ecobiz Entrepreneurship and Innovation Club held on Thursday 31 March 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., on the subject "Infringement of my trademark on the Internet: what can I do? “
The workshop will take place in the premises of the Grenoble Chamber of Commerce and will be led by Armelle Chrétien, Industrial Property Attorney at Germain Maureau. It will allow you to discover the fundamental aspects of trademark law:
- what is a trademark? what rights are granted?
- learn how to do trademark monitoring to detect infringing uses
- identify appropriate actions to stop infringements and keep a strong trademark.
